Elaine & Chris

It's been a while since we last posted anything so I'm thrilled to be back here on the blog.  2008 was a great, if not frantic year but we did have some wonderful assignments in wedding and portrait sessions, also some very interesting commercial shoots and personal assignments also, more if this to come in the next few weeks but I would like to start with our first wedding of 2009 which was for Elaine and Chris Spellerberg.  This was extra special for us as they had their wedding at the Berrydown Barn near Winchester which is where Anna and I had our own wedding reception.  It's a beautiful setting and it was so nice to be working there again.  The day was also made extra special again as Elaine and her family are old friends of Anna's so they made us feel very welcome from start to finish.  You couldn't have asked for better weather as it was chilly but still very bright and sunny and we were blessed with the most fantastic late afternoon winter light.  Lucky for us Elaine and Chris were happy to be outside in the cold where we got some very romantic shots of the two of two of them.

We had a great time on the day and Anna was thrilled to see some old faces again.  Best wishes fro the future guys.  Stu & Anna

AARRGHH!!!!!

AT the beginning of the year I vowed to keep the blog posts frequent and have lots of exciting new images on here - as you can see from the last post dated July, that hasn't happened!  We've had a manic year so far, although I'm not complaining - it's always great to be busy!  Obviously one of the first things to suffer is the blog.  We're still in the thick of it so I can't see me keeping on top of the posts anytime soon but I thought I would post a few of my favorites from this year and hope to get back to the blogging very soon!

Cynthia & Will

Cynthia & Will are two of the nicest people we've had the good fortune to photograph.  We had a wonderful time photographing their wedding at Rhinefield House.  They currently live in Singapore and had a ceremony there and then one here.  We were dodging the rain all day but luckily we had the sun in all the right places!  The day flowed beautifully and then finished with a stunning firework display in the evening.

It was a joy to be a part of your special day and wish you all the best for the rest of your lives together.  Stu & Anna
